I’m Shelby Standley, an independent mortgage originator with J. Charles Lending, and founder of a small, specialized team that closes more efficiently — and more honestly — than the retail giants.

6. Lock and Process

Upon receiving an executed contract for a purchase or upon your request, we will lock the loan and begin the processing to get you to closing asap!
